Dr. Jhon Silva is a Civil engineer with a master’s degree in geotechnical engineering and a doctoral degree in mining engineering. He is an associate professor at the Mining Department of the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. Dr. Silva has been working on consulting mining projects in Colombia, South America, and the USA.
